Jost Gloor com­pleted his Mas­ter of Ad­vanced Stud­ies in Lead­er­ship and Man­age­ment at the In­sti­tute of Ap­plied Psy­cho­logy, ZHAW Uni­ver­sity in Zurich. He also com­pleted ex­ec­ut­ive lead­er­ship train­ing courses with the Stan­ford Gradu­ate Busi­ness School GSB and with IN­SEAD in Singa­pore. After start­ing his pro­fes­sion­al ca­reer as a qual­i­fied primary school teach­er and headteach­er, Jost Gloor moved to the private sec­tor where, ini­tially, he led cus­tom­er pro­jects at the Ca­reer­plus Group as a HR Con­sult­ant, Team Lead­er and Re­gion­al Dir­ect­or; later on, as the COO, he co-man­aged the mer­ger of the group. Hav­ing moved to De­loitte Switzer­land as Head of Re­cruit­ing & HR Mar­ket­ing and then hav­ing worked for many years at Vifor Pharma as the Head of Glob­al Tal­ent Ac­quis­i­tion, Glob­al HR Busi­ness Part­ner, Head of Glob­al Tal­ent Man­age­ment, Chief of Staff and, most re­cently, as Head of Trans­form­a­tion, Jost Gloor has man­aged glob­al pro­jects in the areas of se­lec­tion, tal­ent de­vel­op­ment, lead­er­ship, or­gan­isa­tion­al and strategy de­vel­op­ment. He sup­ports cli­ents in the field of Tal­ent Ad­vis­ory and took over the op­er­a­tion­al lead­er­ship of papilio from Pas­cale Rey­mond as the CEO per 1st Janu­ary 2021. Jost Gloor en­joys spend­ing time out­doors and with his fam­ily to find a work-life bal­ance.
