Mark Lassleben is a native of California, where he earned his PhD in Psychology in 1980. He practiced clinical psychology for 19 years with a strong assessment focus. In Sydney, Australia, he worked in healthcare management at McKesson HBOC, where he supervised clinical psychologists, psychiatrist and social workers. In 1999 he joined SHL in Zurich, specialising in executive assessment, particularly evaluating individuals who were working and living globally. In 2006 he became a partner at papilio, where he oversees the services delivered outside of Switzerland. He maintains a small coaching practice. He splits his time between Switzerland and California, enjoying mountain sports, the ocean, and his family.
