Prisca Wey-Mattai del Mora completed her Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Zurich. During her studies, she completed an internship at the Chair of Work and Organisational Psychology, where she worked on various projects relating to personnel selection and development as well as leadership training. After successfully completing her studies, she gained her first practical experience in personnel development at a large retailer, where she was responsible for the implementation of a learning management system and was involved in the development and revision of internal training programmes for managers. Before her career as an occupational psychologist, she worked for many years as a physiotherapist. At papilio, she designs, plans, prepares and conducts assessment and development centres at various levels. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports with her family (tennis, jogging, skiing), walking her dog and socialising with good food.
