Nicole Jeney Bi­l­and com­pleted a de­gree in Psy­cho­logy and Busi­ness Ad­min­is­tra­tion, with a focus on Work and Or­gan­iz­a­tion­al Psy­cho­logy at the Uni­ver­sity of Fri­bourg. She is also a qualified career counsellor, holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell University in New York and has completed a number of training courses, including systemic solution-focused coaching. At papilio, in her role as a part­ner she cov­ers the areas of con­sult­ing, tal­ent man­age­ment, as­sess­ment, de­vel­op­ment and coach­ing at all levels. Be­fore join­ing papilio, she was Man­aging Con­sult­ant and Team Lead­er at SHL Switzer­land, and HR Busi­ness Part­ner at UBS. To keep her body and mind in balance, she does yoga or spends time on her stand-up paddle on the lake.
