Hav­ing com­pleted her Mas­ter­’s De­gree in So­cial-, Or­gan­iz­a­tion­al-, and Busi­ness Psy­cho­logy at the Uni­ver­sity of Zurich, Malin Bleisch star­ted her pro­fes­sion­al ca­reer in the field of re­cruit­ment, as­sess­ment and tal­ent man­age­ment. As a seni­or con­sult­ant at Mer­curi Urval, she sup­por­ted many na­tion­al and in­ter­na­tion­al cli­ents with the en­tire re­cruit­ment pro­cess and con­duc­ted a large num­ber of as­sess­ments for man­age­ment and upper man­age­ment po­s­i­tions. After join­ing papilio, she con­tin­ued to run and design as­sess­ment and de­vel­op­ment cen­ters, whilst tak­ing over the re­spons­ib­il­ity for sev­er­al large in­ter­na­tion­al pro­jects. To­geth­er with Jost Gloor, she is the co-lead and first point of con­tact for ad­vis­ory, tal­ent man­age­ment, tal­ent ac­quis­i­tion, com­pet­ency mod­el­ing and or­gan­iz­a­tion­al design. She speaks flu­ent Ger­man, Eng­lish and Swedish and is well versed in mul­tina­tion­al and com­plex set­tings. In her spare time, she likes spend­ing time with her fam­ily, trav­el­ing to ex­cit­ing coun­tries or play­ing floorball with her team in Zürich.
