Lia Leutenegger completed her Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Zurich. Prior to that, she studied Mathematics and Philosophy, which laid the foundation for her interest in working with data—an interest she continued to pursue throughout and beyond her psychology studies. Within psychology, she focused on work and organizational psychology, cultural psychology, as well as statistics and methodology. Her academic work included research on the validity of assessment centres and on various aspects of team development, such as psychological safety, agile collaboration, shared reflection, and innovation in teams. Since 2021, she has been working at papilio, supporting organizations in the recruitment and development of talent. Her work ranges from helping individual talents identify their strengths and potential through assessment and development centres to conducting data-driven analyses that support broader talent strategies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature—whether in the garden, in the mountains, or on the water.
