Kristian Born holds a master’s degree in Business Psychology from the University of Zurich and is an expert in People Assessment, Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Coaching. As a senior consultant, he has collaborated with over 70 companies, ranging from SMEs to international corporations.

Before founding Born Solution in 2018, Kristian held senior roles at SHL, CEB, and Gartner, where he led large talent management projects and developed his expertise in diagnostics, strategic advisory, and project management. He has conducted over 500 executive assessments and coaching sessions, as well as designed targeted leadership trainings and cultural initiatives.  

Kristian’s passion for water sports mirrors his consulting style — adaptable and fluid. Whether snowboarding, surfing, or playing canoe polo on Lake Zurich, he finds balance and energy through these activities, which he shares in his private time with his two sons. As a former Swiss Canoe Polo champion, he now mentors young athletes and supports his club as a board member.
