During his time at the University of Neuchâtel, Guillaume Python studied various aspects of the world of work, such as the impact of communication, ergonomics and business consultancy in an organizational environment. He has participated in a number of projects dealing with selection interviews, burnout and with the influence of emotions in negotiations. Currently, at papilio he supports companies by adapting different tools that respond to HR processes, by collaborating on the development of competency models and by conducting assessments. He worked at cut-e Ireland and London to further develop his consulting and marketing skills. Co-leading Francophone Switzerland, he responds to the requests of customers by advising them and by recommending relevant products tailored to their needs. Outside of work, Guillaume Python likes to switch off by going climbing or dancing and by reading.
