After his un­der­gradu­ate stud­ies, Urs C. Wü­thrich com­pleted his PhD in Psy­cho­logy at the Uni­ver­sity of Berne and earned an Ex­ec­ut­ive MBA at the Uni­ver­sity of St. Gal­len. As a mem­ber of papilio’s Board of Dir­ect­ors and as a Seni­or Part­ner, he im­ple­ments man­age­ment de­vel­op­ment pro­jects for glob­al com­pan­ies. In ad­di­tion, he spe­cial­izes in as­sess­ments for ex­ec­ut­ive po­s­i­tions. If he finds time to switch off, he likes to dream about hav­ing his own vine­yard.
