Bet­tina Wall­er com­pleted her Mas­ter of Sci­ence in Psy­cho­logy at the Uni­ver­sity of Zurich and be­came in­volved in per­son­nel se­lec­tion and de­vel­op­ment early on in her ca­reer. In ad­di­tion to her stud­ies, she worked as an as­sessor and con­duc­ted in­tens­ive re­search on as­sess­ment cen­ters. With her work she won the in­ter­na­tion­al ad­vance­ment award of the Forum As­sess­ment e.V. At papilio, Bet­tina Wall­er works with Jost Gloor to man­age the as­sess­ment and de­vel­op­ment de­part­ment and the re­lated stra­tegic and op­er­a­tion­al activ­it­ies. In ad­di­tion, she works as a con­sult­ant and is re­spons­ible for the design, or­gan­iz­a­tion and im­ple­ment­a­tion of train­ings, as­sess­ment and de­vel­op­ment cen­ters as well as for the ap­plic­a­tion and eval­u­ation of vari­ous dia­gnost­ic pro­ced­ures. In her free time, she en­joys catch­ing up with friends over a good meal and play­ing ten­nis.
